Friends...friends...friends...friends... (<--harry potter reference, that one is!)

So I just have to share with you guys a few things I'm very very very grateful for today.

First of all, the thing that prompted this post, is my job. I sit at work all afternoon, playing and singing and rocking babies to sleep and wonder at how lucky I am to have the job I do. I know a lot of people say "I don't understand how you do it--I would drop one of them or strangle them for crying to much" etc., but for me, this is pure happiness and therapy and I get paid for it. I can't believe how awesome it is.

Second, I hang out with the coolest friggin' people on the face of the earth. I don't know who reads this blog, I have no way to tell, and mainly Kym is the only one who comments, but here is a short list (in no order whatsoever) of people who honest to god make my day every time I'm with them:

These peeps are awesome, especially since at least 4 of them are like halfway around the world most of the time and they are still this important to me. Also, if you aren't on here, it doesn't mean I don't love you... maybe it means you should hang out with me more often!

Third, my cousin Christine had a baby, and everyone is healthy. Thanks be!

Lastly, I dyed my hair today, and I was just thinking of Nepal... How god-awful it would have been to dye it and have to rinse my hair with COLD water! Ach! Thank you, America, for being a rich-ass country, even though I'm not a fan of that most of the time. Yay for hot showers!
