Last Week in LA

Richard, Patrick, and me by the Hollywood sign

There are a lot of photos here because a lot has been happening my last week or so in LA. I've had some great southern Cali experiences. Yay!
First of all, last Saturday, Harper and Alissa invited me to go along with their scooter group to the Hollywood Forever Cemetery and see the scary movie there. They project movies onto the side of the mausoleum, and it was awesome--we had the best seats on the lawn and got to watch Invasion of the Body Snatchers... here's the site =)

On Sunday I spent the day with Patrick and his co-comedian Richard, who after a coffee and some writing, toured me around the hills. I got to see the Batcave (below) and the Hollywood Sign (above) and meet some hippies who put me in golden wings and did a photo shoot. It was weird after about 5 minutes, but I didn't know how to say "Ok, you're creepin me out now...." It was pretty cool though.

On Monday I got to see my LOVELY FRIEND Fran and we went to the Getty Villa which is awesome cool. Antiquities museum designed as a Roman Villa. Rock on.

Pop arrived on Wednesday (and our boys advanced zomg! USA!!!) and that night we went to the Observatory. Thursday we went to Venice Beach, and Thursday evening we went for Nepali food with Patrick and Ryan. It was amazing to have dal bhaat made by Nepali hands! Yay!!! The rest of this week is packing and traveling (with a break on Saturday for our Stage 2 game)... I'll be back in Indiana the next time I post a blog, so be prepared, Midwest! xxx

At the Observatory one last time :'-(
